Payment, Billing, Refund, and Cancellation Policies

Payment

All Drop In classes are DONATION based. Select “Add a Pay What You Want amount” to make a donation. The class description will name the intended recipients.

FOR FEE BASED OFFERINGS: When the minimum number of participants needed to run the program is met I will send you payment options. Your payment confirms your space in the program. This payment email will be sent from maitrisomatics@gmail.com. You might add this email to your account so that it doesn’t get lost in spam or junk folders. Thank you for your business!

Billing

Maitri Somatics bills its services, including but not limited to yoga/TRE/personal fitness training clients on a pre-pay basis. Cash, check, Stripe and Paypal payments are accepted. Checks should be made out to Maitri Somatics, LLC. In the event that a check payment is returned for insufficient funds, all bank charges incurred by the payee shall be billed back to the client along with interest and handling fees until complete payment is received.

Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for workshops, series, coaching, drop-in or other class packages or other services, gift certificates or products except as follows:

If Matri Somatics determines that it is no longer able to continue training the client.

If a determination is made by a physician or other healthcare provider that participation poses a safety or other health risk to the client. A physician’s or other healthcare provider’s written notification is required for a refund.

Unused sessions can be transferred to another client. Sessions unused after a (1) one year inactive period will no longer be honored.

At our discretion, we may offer the option of leaving a credit on your account to use towards a future purchase. Also at our discretion, in the event of an actual emergency or illness that prevents attendance, a refund may be considered. Any approved refund may require a processing fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

However, Series refunds will not be considered, as your full payment reserves your spot for the entire series whether you are in attendance or not. Payments made for class drop-ins or other class packages are not refundable. Nor are refunds available for gift certificates.

Cancellations

If I am unable to keep an appointment for any reason and unable to give you at least 12-hours notice, you will receive a free session.

If you are unable to give me at least a 12-hours notice of cancellation, I require you to make normal payment. A maximum allowance of two excused cancellations due to emergency or sudden illness will be honored. I thank you for your consideration.

Note: Please be on time for your session—if you are late, the session must still finish on time.
